Allure : Thai Insect Cuisine
Allure is a Thai insect cuisine created to attract the public to be tempted into eating insects by luring humans in by a bright light, reversing the role of the insect to be attracted to a glow. The origin of the branding links back to the Thai monks and the buddhist tradition where ‘Loikrathong’ candle’s are lit. There are many different symbols within the buddhist community but the use of the ‘Endless Knot’ was chosen as it represents ; goodness, health and eternal harmony.
